On Day 7 of his journey West, Jim Martin traveled to Billings, a city with a population of more than 100,000 people in the heart of Montana. Numerous veteran leaders, active duty servicemen and women, a Congressional representative aide, and local TV coverage were on hand when Mr. Martin presented Mayor Bill Cole with the Stars and Stripes Proclamation for the city of Billings. Billings, Montana is truly embracing citizenship, commitment and service!
