The Stars and Stripes National Museum and Library will be hosting our February Kids Day at the Museum: WWII Navajo Code Talkers on Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 10am to 2pm. This event is open to the public and admission is free.

Join us for an exciting journey through history as we honor the remarkable contributions of Navajo Code Talkers during World War II. Designed for middle school learners, this educational and interactive day will delve into the fascinating story of how these heroic individuals used their unique language to create an unbreakable code, keeping vital communications safe from enemy interception.

Our monthly Kids Day at the Museum program is sponsored by The Boys and Girls Club of the Heartland and the Dexter Kiwanis Club.
