100 Mile Yard Sale at The Museum

We are thrilled to invite you to be a part of The Stars and Stripes National Museum and Library’s Memorial Day Weekend 100 Mile Yard Sale which will be held Thursday, May 23, 2024 through Sunday, May 26, 2024. With over 20 acres of space available right on Hwy 25, our location offers an excellent opportunity for vendors to showcase their goods while contributing to a great cause.

Vendor Space and Pricing:

Each vendor will be allocated a space measuring 20×20 feet. The pricing for participation is structured as follows to provide flexibility for your schedule:

• One Day: $30
• Two Days: $60
• Three Days: $75
• Four Days (Full Event): $100

Important Information:

• Responsibility: Please note that the museum cannot be held responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. Vendors are encouraged to take necessary precautions to safeguard their merchandise.
• Museum Hours: The museum will be open from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM from Thursday through Saturday. The hours for Sunday are to be determined (TBD).
• Vendor Registration and Setup: Vendors can register and start setting up at 6:30 AM each day of the event. This allows ample time for preparation before the yard sale opens to the public.
• Food Vendors: Food vendors are welcome. Food trucks must show proof of a current passing health inspection from Stoddard County Public Health. Any food vendors selling homemade baked goods, jams, or jellies must be in compliance with Missouri’s Cottage Laws.
